Laurent Moreau.

Trained in Lyon and seasoned in the kitchens of San Francisco and New York, Laurent came home to Portland with a single idea: cook honest, generous food for the people around him.

Every meal he sends out is built around what's coming in from local farms that week — no fillers, no shortcuts, just slow, considered cooking you can eat at the kitchen counter or across a long candlelit table.
